Cancellation requests are not accepted on Aampeti.com. If the consumer determines that the quality of the fruit they received is incorrect, a replacement will be provided.
Don’t judge our mangoes by their looks! Some might have beauty spots on them but they will be just there to enhance their beauty. Cut it open and If you receive any fruit that is damaged or defective (which needs to be reported within three hours of receiving the products), please contact our customer service team. The request will be reviewed, and the confirmed fruits will be replaced (communicated). The specified quantity of fruits will be shipped with the following order.
As it’s a natural process up to 5% could be with slight spots but if there should be any rotting/damaged fruits exceeding the same we shall replace the fruit.
